The Ponte dei Tolentini crosses the rio of the same name (a Venetian canal) where it meets the rio della Croce, in Santa Croce, between Campo dei Tolentini (a Venetian square) and the Fondamenta Condulmer (a canalside walkway) leading to the Giardini Papadopoli. The Fondamenta dei Tolentini runs along the water, continuing the rio di San Stin as far as the bend in the Rio Terà dei Nomboli.
