On the left bank of the Grand Canal in Cannaregio, between Palazzo Boldù and Casa Levi Morenos, just beyond the Rio di San Felice (a Venetian canal) and the old landing for its traghetto (a gondola ferry across the Grand Canal), this 16th- and 17th-century Contarini palazzo has the modest air of a project left unfinished.
