The last stretch of Campo Santa Maria del Giglio (a Venetian square) towards the Grand Canal has a name that is a trade: Campiello del Traghetto (a campiello is a small square), because here there is still the gondola stazio (a licensed gondola rank) and one of the last rowing traghetti (gondola ferries) crossing the canal, all the way to the Calle del Tragheto of San Gregorio.
