A surname turned into an address: the Calle Dolfin connects Campo dei Santi Apostoli to the maze of sotoporteghi (covered passageways) towards San Giovanni Crisostomo - those of the Magazen and of the Falier, names still in use - and takes its name from the Dolfin, one of the oldest families of the patriciate, who had their house here.
