Calle della Fenice, a Venetian street, runs behind the Gran Teatro La Fenice opera house, between the sottoportico of the Malvasia Vecchia (a covered passageway) at San Fantin and the Ponte di San Cristoforo, on the edge of the rio delle Veste (a Venetian canal).
