The Ponte de la Calcina crosses the rio de San Vio (a small canal) where the fondamenta (canalside walkway) meets the Zattere, halfway between the Gesuati and the Incurabili: a stone bridge with a brick structure and iron bands in diamond and circle patterns supported by little columns of Istrian stone.
