At number 2177 in Campo San Polo (a Venetian square) stands Palazzo Donà, also known as Donà Brusa, a Renaissance residence dating from the early 16th century. Its pointed-arch portal holds a medieval sculpture older than the building itself: animals and curling foliage were salvaged from an earlier structure and reset as an entrance ornament.
