On the left bank of the Grand Canal, in the San Marco district near Calle Cavalli (a calle is a narrow lane) and just before the grandiose Palazzo Grimani di San Luca, Palazzo Corner Valmarana presents itself today as one of the liveliest and most colourful facades on the canal.
