At the entrance to Via Garibaldi, this marble bridge closes the last navigable stretch of the rio di Castello, here called the rio della Tana. From the landing, look down the canal to the right and you can see a long line of the tall, crenellated walls around the Arsenal. Its name is misleading in two ways.
