The Ponte de le Torete — Ponte della Torretta in standard Italian — spans the small rio (a Venetian canal) of the same name in Cannaregio, joining the fondamenta de le Capuzine (a canalside walkway) to the fondamenta dei Ormesini, at the western edge of the sestiere (district; Venice has six).
