On the rio dell’Olio (a small canal), behind the Fontego dei Tedeschi, this 15th-century Gothic palazzo displays the elegant central fenestration typical of the lesser patrician houses: two trilobed three-light windows with small balconies between pairs of single lights, and below the pointed-arched water portal. Beside it survive the 14th-century Case dei Morosini, with up above the remains of a liagò, the covered terrace of Venetian houses.
