On 25 January 1987, in this arena, a man scored seventy points in a basketball game. His name was Dražen Dalipagić, he was from Mostar, and Reyer Venezia beat Virtus Bologna 107 to 102. It was the record of the Italian championship. In the same year a plaque was hung on one of the building’s walls to commemorate it. A piece of sporting history inside a concrete box that shows nothing from the outside.
